Millions of calls
According to a New York Times article, “millions of calls” have poured into members of Congress since the new president took office. From 40 calls a minute to 1,600! That’s a lot of Americans sharing their concerns. Want to reach your Congress member? Call the Capitol Switchboard: (202) 224-3121. You might go straight to voicemail as they deal with the volume of calls, but call. Your voice matters! You can also email or handwrite a letter.
